DATA SPECIALIST
Graham Windham
, one of NY’s most dynamic non-profit organizations, seeks a qualified individual for our NYC Irving Place location for our Program Performance and Planning Department.
Reporting to our Vice President of Program Performance and Planning, the data specialist, working as part of team which aims to improve outcomes for children and families, will develop tailored databases, reports and other tools that support quality program operations. The data specialist will also be responsible for regularly refreshing, integrating and consolidating data, bringing information from various sources into a single, user-friendly system.
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Works ably with staff and managers from program performance, information technology and program areas (including foster care, residential care, school, early childhood education, family support services).
•Willing and able to perform a variety of tasks – from basic to complex – as needed.
•Ad hoc, in-depth analysis of a particular performance area or issue.
•Supports and facilitates positive interaction with others by exhibiting: a team centered approach, individual maturity, ensures the confidentiality of information, respects others, and appreciates a multicultural workplace.
•Effectively communicates and solution-oriented.
•Participates in appropriate professional development programs to attain and maintain competency.
REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree.
